If I go into dired and try to copy a directory to another directory, when
using fido-mode
fido mode treats the directory as a file and asks if I want to replace
a file in the directory.

In GNU Emacs 28.1 (build 1, x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 3.24.34,
