They seem to come from various NPM packages; looks like these ones:

* https://www.npmjs.com/package/bootstrap
* https://www.npmjs.com/package/highlightjs
* https://www.npmjs.com/package/jquery-ui
* https://www.npmjs.com/package/prettify
* https://www.npmjs.com/package/tocify

We could try to package them and then unvendor them from r-markdown,
but given the horrific state of JS packaging, we'd better expect a
tedious process.
