ffap can't deal with "!" in URLs. E.g., put the cursor upon
http://tw.myblog.yahoo.com/jw!g_pKUviaAxDWs.F9XXuQMb0y/
and hit C-x C-f. ffap thinks the ! etc. is not part of the URL.
