To be clear: I know there's already a macro with
"narrowing" in the name: `comment-with-narrowing'.

I know of no others, and no functions or vars,
but I don't use/load lots of Emacs libraries.

(And again, I too have named some functions,
macros, and variables with "narrowing".)
