Right, so the proposed patch (adding ‘hicolor-icon-theme’ to ‘inputs’,
not ‘propagated-inputs’) shouldn’t make any difference I guess?

I retried and this time it passed. Perhaps it’s non-deterministic?
Maybe has to do with running tests in parallel?
