 (sort core-consonants 'sort-by-codepoint))
  => ("க" "ங" "ச" "ஞ" "ட" "ண" "த" "ந" "ன" "ப" "ம" "ய" "ர" "ற" "ல" "ள" "ழ" "வ")

explains what is expected from PREDICATE.)
