* gnu/packages/wm.scm (sway): Replace ‘elogind’ with ‘basu’.
[inputs]: Replace ‘elogind’ with ‘basu’.
[arguments]:
<#:configure-flags>: Request building against basu.
`elogind` still exists as transitive propagated input,
while `meson.build` auto detects by probing `systemd`,
`elogind` and `basu` in respective order.
