If we modify the SHELL_PATH to point to 
/gnu/store/...-bash-minimal-.../bin/sh, then glibc has a reference to 
bash-minimal. But bash-minimal uses glibc, so bash-minimal would have a 
reference to glibc. So you would have to end up with a cycle, which is 
impossible in Guix.
