Please consider:

1. For entry `Command': mention that a command is also referred to as an
"interactive function".

2. Add an entry for `Interactively' or `Interactive Invocation' or some
such, which mentions user invocation of an interactive function with
`M-x' or a key binding.

3. Add an entry for `Interactive Function' that's just an alias for
`Command.
