Hey Guix,

I noticed that xkeyboard-config(7) isn't supplied with the xkeyboard-config
packages. Upstream's build system will make these as long as xsltproc exists on
PATH, so this patch essentially just includes libxslt for that.

In addition, I also went ahead and updated to the new inputs style.
