I'd move all the options off of the manual page then, because when one
does $ man emacs and pages down to the middle, one thinks he is now
aware of all the options. One does not first look at the fine print.
Compare man cpio. But then again compare man cat.

Hmmm, on the bottom of man cat it says to see
info coreutils 'cat invocation'
but on the bottom of man cpio it doesn't say to see
info cpio options
but instead just
info cpio.
I'm going to take a little vacation.
