If a customized kernel is build with "non standard" (initrd) modules, one
needs --skip-checks for guix system reconfigure.
This can't be deployed, because guix deploy has no --skip-checks.

I came up with this issue in #irc and Ludo said, we should have a bug,
so we don't forget ;)
