After sending this patch, I noticed that gnupg-2.2.32 is also used by
qgpgme. This bug was noticed earlier, but misinterpreted.

Expect a v2 patch that uses 'gnupg-next' instead of gnupg-2.2.33, and
adjusts all users accordingly.
