Recently we had a dispute whether the prefix argument of 'C-x 5 2'
should be used to clone the frame, and now you propose another
meaning of its argument :)

But to avoid conflicts, like 'clone-frame' is bound to 'C-x 5 c',
'undelete-frame' could be bound to 'C-x 5 u'.
