Let's see...  it's these packages?

webkit2gtk-driver/testing 2.34.1-1 amd64
  WebKitGTK WebDriver support

libglib2.0-dev/testing,now 2.70.0-3 amd64 [installed,automatic]
  Development files for the GLib library

I've done an "apt update/upgrade" (and rebuilt Emacs), but it's still
failing in the same way.
