I think calc-grab-sum-down and calc-grab-sum-across should be autoloaded.

calc-grab-region and in particular calc-grab-rectangle are autoloaded and the sum down and across functions are (according to the manual) both more convenient and faster than using calc-grab-rectangle for these common functions.

Having emacs autoload them would let other packages bind these commands to keys without having to worry about requiring calc which could take a while to load even if it's not called or constructing their own autoload calls for them in order to prevent users from getting errors.

In GNU Emacs 27.2 (build 1, x86_64-apple-darwin18.7.0, Carbon Version 158 AppKit 1671.6)
of 2021-03-27 built on Traviss-Mac.local

Makes sense to me; I've now autoloaded them in Emacs 28.
