  (swi-prolog)[arguments]<#:configure-flags>: Set PROG_SWIPL and
  SWIPL_NATIVE_FRIEND when cross-compiling and make this a G-expression.
  (swi-prolog)[native-inputs]: Add 'this-package' when cross-compiling.
