If you built your own Emacs, then please rebuild it, this time with the -g3 compiler switch and without the -s switch, so that the debug symbols would not be stripped from the binary. Or maybe you have an unstripped binary somewhere, like in the src directory of where you built Emacs? In that case, please try the addr2line command using that binary. This was a month ago, and there wasn't any response to this, so it sound unlikely that we'll be making any further progress here, and I'm closing this bug report. If progress can be made, please respond to the debbugs address and we'll reopen. -- (domestic pets only, the antidote for overdose, milk.) bloggy blog: http://lars.ingebrigtsen.no From debbugs-submit-bounces@debbugs.gnu.org Sun Oct 03 05:43:15 2021 Received: (at control) by debbugs.gnu.org; 3 Oct 2021 09:43:15 +0000 Received: from localhost ([127.0.0.1]:32843 helo=debbugs.gnu.org) by debbugs.gnu.org with esmtp (Exim 4.84_2) (envelope-from ) id 1mWy1b-0003At-2f for submit@debbugs.gnu.org; Sun, 03 Oct 2021 05:43:15 -0400 Received: from quimby.gnus.org ([95.216.78.240]:46160) by debbugs.gnu.org with esmtp (Exim 4.84_2) (envelope-from ) id 1mWy1Z-0003AT-SP for control@debbugs.gnu.org; Sun, 03 Oct 2021 05:43:14 -0400 DKIM-Signature: v=1; a=rsa-sha256; q=dns/txt; c=relaxed/relaxed; d=gnus.org; s=20200322; h=Subject:From:To:Message-Id:Date:Sender:Reply-To:Cc: MIME-Version:Content-Type:Content-Transfer-Encoding:Content-ID: Content-Description:Resent-Date:Resent-From:Resent-Sender:Resent-To:Resent-Cc :Resent-Message-ID:In-Reply-To:References:List-Id:List-Help:List-Unsubscribe: List-Subscribe:List-Post:List-Owner:List-Archive; bh=PYX8Jt6mwR/chDNRgRLYuKHwNFVmNaxymFcYVItI3HU=; b=a3YNvMXGnjK7ZAS7hJWgJSfPS4 9jmJVHsBf9URfe4yOCx9ZnmPZRPURVPGMpv38KEA74/00+octOAE9dQaf8lFtAOdZ5biYaoUR22vz 8dq8HMnLSdyooYhSn+xUASNgrww5hNyCS1h6H53EEC0tfRgyXAkX6xhtZspBUdlpB39Q=; Received: from [84.212.220.105] (helo=elva) by quimby.gnus.org with esmtpsa (TLS1.3:ECDHE_RSA_AES_256_GCM_SHA384:256) (Exim 4.92) (envelope-from ) id 1mWy1S-0005OD-Bz for control@debbugs.gnu.org; Sun, 03 Oct 2021 11:43:08 +0200 Date: Sun, 03 Oct 2021 11:43:05 +0200 Message-Id: <877deusaty.fsf@gnus.org> To: control@debbugs.gnu.org From: Lars Ingebrigtsen Subject: control message for bug #50198 X-Spam-Report: Spam detection software, running on the system "quimby.gnus.org", has NOT identified this incoming email as spam.
