Thanks for writing / maintaining ERC.

mzz on irc.mozilla.org #firefox said that in the "irssi" IRC client,
when you type /topic then add a space then press <Tab>, it expands to
the full whole topic.  Can you please add two features to ERC?

*  When you type /topic, ERC should say in the minibuffer, "Press
<Tab> to paste the whole current topic at point."

*  When you type /topic <tab>, it should expand to the full current topic.

This would make it easier to edit long multiline topics.
