Subject: [wishlist] “guix pack” does not accept file
 names or derivations as argument

“guix pack” accepts only package specifications, but will not 
accept the file name of an existing package in the store, nor does 
it accept a derivation in the place of its package argument.

This is inconsistent with other sub-commands.
