 ‘guix_ lint’ should catch certificate validation exceptions

There's no underscore in the original subject.  It's also rendered 
correctly in the grey ‘mail view’ div:

Perhaps due to my use of Unicode quotes.  There's nothing 
suspicious in the HTML.
