The Glossaries command of auctex runs makeglossaries file.aux, but should makeglossaries file

added glossary type 'acronym' (alg,acr,acn)
The file extension 'aux' doesn't correspond to any
known glossary extension. Try running makeglossaries
without an extension, e.g. makeglossaries "acmsmall-format".

TeX Output exited abnormally with code 255 at Tue Jun 15 20:29:01

This does not seem to be correct, as the correct command is
`makeglossaries acmsmall-format`, not `acmsmall-format.aux`.

Sorry for trouble. It seems that we have clobbered the format of the
argument for makeglossaries. Could you test if the attached patch fixes
the problem, if possible?
