Hi.

Could `project-eshell' be changed to use `pop-to-buffer-same-window'
instead of `pop-to-buffer' to match the behavior of `M-x eshell'?

* lisp/progmodes/project.el (project-eshell): Use
`pop-to-buffer-same-window' instead of `pop-to-buffer' to match the
