I'd reload within ‘certbot-deploy-hook’, between ‘rename-file’ and “(if
deploy-hook-script” so that people don't get surprised, when they use a
deploy-hook for unrelated reasons, that the nginx doesn't reload
anymore.
Plus, reloading nginx is harmless.
