I'd like a command in the package list in package-menu-mode
to visit the homepage of the package with browse-url.

This would be much easier than the current method of hitting
RET to bring up the package help description via
package-menu-describe-package and having to navigate to the
homepage button and hit RET or click the mouse.

The package paradox has such a command bound to "v" for
"visit homepage" and it's very convenient.

Makes sense. I've now added this to Emacs 28, and bound it to `w',
since that's a binding a couple other modes use for this.
