Can you show the ownership of ~itsme/.cache/guix/checkouts and
~itsme/.cache/guix/checkouts/last-expiry-cleanup?

It’s likely been caused by “sudo guix pull”, which changed the ownership
to root.  There’s no reason to run ‘guix deploy’ as root.
