Hi,

To reproduce:
- guix install audacity
- audacity
- select Generate from the menu: only 6 entries are available, the first
  is Add/Remove Plug-ins
- Select Add/Remove Plug-ins
- In the dialog enable any disabled Plug-in and click enable.
- Click OK.
- Open the Add/Remove Plug-ins dialog again.
- The plugin is disabled again.

Expected it should now be enabled.

Tested with the clipfix.ny plugin.
