* gnu/services/databases.scm (postgresql-config-file-socket-directory): New
procedure.
(<postgresql-config-file>)[socket-directory]: New field.
(postgresql-config-file-compiler): Honor it.
(postgresql-activation): Create the socket directory if needed.
* doc/guix.texi (Database Services): Document it.
