Ah, ok I was hoping that the 

(define-abbrev-table 'my-abbrev-table
      '(
        ("a que" "a qué" nil :count 0))
      "Uwe's table"
      :regexp "\\(\\w+ \\w+\\)")

Would be left intact by the write-abbrev-file. 

Ok tomorrow I try it again.
Maybe it did something wrong.
