Subject: [PATCH 2/2] gnu: ecl: Remove build-stamp to improve reproducibility.

* gnu/packages/lisp.scm(ecl)[arguments]<phases>: Add "remove-build-stamp" phase.
Move "wrap" phase after "remove-build-stamp" phase.
