If the D-Bus call doesn't get any response, it would block Emacs for
that time (25 seconds). And my experience is, that D-Bus is much more
responsive than 1 second, if everything goes normal.

@Jean: I'm closing the bug, because I believe it fixes the issue. If you
find that it doesn't, pls reopen.
