Message #5 received at submit <at> debbugs.gnu.org (full text, mbox):
It looks like `rx' forms in `pcase' forms don't work in all places with
the reimplementation of `rx'. This is a rather annoying regression, so
I'd propose to fix it on the release branch.
With Emacs 26:
emacs -Q -batch -l cl-lib -l pcase -l rx -eval '(print (pcase "1" ((rx (? (let foo digit))) foo)))'
"1"
(as expected)
However, with Emacs 27
emacs -Q -batch -l cl-lib -l pcase -l rx -eval '(print (pcase "1" ((rx (? (let foo digit))) foo)))'
Unknown rx form ‘let’

Thank you very much for reporting this! Sorry about this mistake of mine; it's now been fixed.
Only the ? and ?? operators were affected, and only when written as characters rather than symbols.
