Well, this is awkward: we previously created the `vala-0.48` package with the
intention of making it into the new `vala` with the next Gnome update, but
that update hasn't happened and a new major version of Vala is out.while our
Gnome is still stuck on Vala 0.46.5.

The only package that depends on the newer version of Vala is
vala-language-server. So here's a couple patches that retire the vala-0.48
package, create a new vala-0.50 package, and update both vala and
vala-language-server to the latest versions.
