Hi Ricardo,

I've checked the version of spinx of the "latest" master
(guix commit a4666e0a9de3835d12d3d85c7d23b807997ae603) and the version there is already updated:

$ guix search sphinx
name: sphinxbase
version: 5prealpha

It tracks the release of the latest sphinx version.
