* guix/swh.scm (swh-download-archive): New procedure.
(swh-download-directory): Rewrite in terms of 'swh-download-archive'.
(swh-download): Add #:archive-type and honor it. Use
'swh-download-archive' instead of 'swh-download-directory'.
