In NEWS under 23.2 lisp changes, it says:

** start-process-shell-command start-file-process-shell-command only
take a single `command' argument any more.

I think this should read:

** start-process-shell-command start-file-process-shell-command now only
take a single `command' argument.

with, maybe, a comma or an 'and' between the two function names.
