Subject: [PATCH] gnu: SuiteSparse: Update to 5.8.1.

* gnu/packages/maths.scm (suitesparse): Update to 5.8.1.
[arguments]: Remove unnecessary flag and use default blas and lapack.
[inputs]: Add new dependencies for SLIP_LU component.
