seems to indicate that elogind supports HandleLidSwitchExternalPower.

This https://guix.gnu.org/manual/en/html_node/Desktop-Services.html seems
to indicate that guix does not support that setting.

Seems like it was added to systemd ~2 years ago.  What matters for 
guix is whether our elogind package supports it, and ‘man 
logind.conf’ says yes.
