Hello,

This occurred on the current master branch
(92951bf46c42021f6f6521839c9c4ff2f88b8386), building PHP using an
emulated armhf-linux system.

Here's the failed test summary:

I suspect this had to do with user emulation (QEMU); as we haven't seen
the issue since (bordeaux has a substitute), I'm closing this old report.
