But you've reminded me that you can't use Emacs as a MIME handler for URLs, and that should really be possible. So I've added the trivial eww-browse command to Emacs 28.1, so that you can now say $ emacs -f eww-browse https://gnu.org and register Emacs as a handler for the text/x-uri MIME type with emacs -f eww-browse %u --=20 (domestic pets only, the antidote for overdose, milk.) bloggy blog: http://lars.ingebrigtsen.no From debbugs-submit-bounces@debbugs.gnu.org Sun Aug 09 07:07:58 2020 Received: (at control) by debbugs.gnu.org; 9 Aug 2020 11:07:58 +0000 Received: from localhost ([127.0.0.1]:60098 helo=debbugs.gnu.org) by debbugs.gnu.org with esmtp (Exim 4.84_2) (envelope-from ) id 1k4jBG-0006eT-B2 for submit@debbugs.gnu.org; Sun, 09 Aug 2020 07:07:58 -0400 Received: from quimby.gnus.org ([95.216.78.240]:34708) by debbugs.gnu.org with esmtp (Exim 4.84_2) (envelope-from ) id 1k4jB8-0006e3-W7 for control@debbugs.gnu.org; Sun, 09 Aug 2020 07:07:51 -0400 DKIM-Signature: v=1; a=rsa-sha256; q=dns/txt; c=relaxed/relaxed; d=gnus.org; s=20200322; h=Subject:From:To:Message-Id:Date:Sender:Reply-To:Cc: MIME-Version:Content-Type:Content-Transfer-Encoding:Content-ID: Content-Description:Resent-Date:Resent-From:Resent-Sender:Resent-To:Resent-Cc :Resent-Message-ID:In-Reply-To:References:List-Id:List-Help:List-Unsubscribe: List-Subscribe:List-Post:List-Owner:List-Archive; bh=uk6alBD9fJL7igo1phmdsBkvvYvgN0IlS7EE6PXsp4s=; b=o4yeVba4nOwgWQKzXEZ9EDBRjl ayElKJ9+wbmaDzkzzbbOkUcBV1VtkDVenuOulg9GOq3zp9vzM9k3s3u2IZ7B5ciaX25C1BkdUtAhj jsjBJE4Rg1WOO8v7wiChXRhhqIVsk1c9Ke6lzz5Y2LWQE+3EN5Ayt9IBKizydQw/K0Qk=; Received: from cm-84.212.202.86.getinternet.no ([84.212.202.86] helo=xo) by quimby with esmtpsa (TLS1.3:ECDHE_RSA_AES_256_GCM_SHA384:256) (Exim 4.92) (envelope-from ) id 1k4jB1-0000wL-9T for control@debbugs.gnu.org; Sun, 09 Aug 2020 13:07:45 +0200 Date: Sun, 09 Aug 2020 13:07:42 +0200 Message-Id: <87eeogulfl.fsf@gnus.org> To: control@debbugs.gnu.org From: Lars Ingebrigtsen Subject: control message for bug #42768 X-Spam-Report: Spam detection software, running on the system "quimby.gnus.org", has NOT identified this incoming email as spam.
