Hello, if I open a document or paste a string containing the character
\uF0B7 Emacs stops responding.

I am using Emacs 26.3 (build 1, x86_64-w64-mingw32),
and msys2 on Win10 x64.

In that case, Emacs 27.1 already solves this problem, and so I'm
closing the bug.
