In calc mode (C-x * *), press:

[ 1 .. 20 ]

Expected results:

[ 1 .. 20 ] is on the calc stack

Observed:

[ -inf .. 20 ] is on the calc stack

In GNU Emacs 26.3 (build 1, x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 3.24.20)
