I think it's a bug of ns-utf8-nfd-post-read-conversion that
is set for :post-read-conversion of utf-8-nfd. Anyone who
wrote it please work on this bug.

Please find why default-file-name-coding-system (or
file-name-coding-system) is set to ntf-8-nfd.
