Create a file with the following contents:
something,"blah,blah",something

Run emacs-q

Run the following in the scratch buffer:
(add-to-list 'load-path "~/.emacs.d/elpa/csv-mode-1.12/")
(require 'csv-mode)
(add-to-list 'auto-mode-alist '("\\.[Cc][Ss][Vv]\\'" . csv-mode))

Load the file created earlier with find-file.

Move point to the second `blah'.  In the modeline, it reports it is on
field 3, not field 2.
