Setting outline-minor-mode-prefix does not work. The reason seems to be
that the keymap is set at compile time in define-minor-mode outline-minor-mode.



In GNU Emacs 23.1.50.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600)

Works for me.

It's set not at compile time, but load time.

Thanks. That helped. I had an old (require 'outline) in my .emacs to
work around an old emacs bug. So the load sequence got wrong.
