Maybe "ELisp-Data" or more general "Lisp-Data".

Each package could add its data file name to auto-mode-alist.
For example, bookmark.el could do something like:
(add-to-list 'auto-mode-alist (cons bookmark-default-file 'emacs-lisp-data-mode))
