* gnu/packages/algebra.scm (flint): Update to 2.6.0.
* gnu/packages/patches/flint-ldconfig.patch: Remove the patch as it got
  applied upstream.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Deregister the removed file.
