Hello João and others,

In flymake-proc.el, the flymake-proc-stop-all-syntax-checks function seems to be missing a pair of brackets:

      (let (p flymake-proc--current-process)

This appears to have been introduced in f6e909b41e. It was found by an experimental optimiser.
