Subject: "prettified" symbols
Date: Thu, 05 Dec 2019 23:15:27 -0500
[[[ To any NSA and FBI agents reading my email: please consider ]]]
[[[ whether defending the US Constitution against all enemies, ]]]
[[[ foreign or domestic, requires you to follow Snowden's example. ]]]

Would someone please send me a 10-line general explanation of
what the "prettified" symbols feature does, or would do?

In what modes or contexts would this operate, by default?
