It’s easier than this: just type

  guix build /gnu/store/bz1qqy225p1jlicwf07iiqr79icqddcv-guix-4de11dda7.drv

and it will download the .drv and start building it.

(Modulo the ‘guix publish --cache’ issue I mentioned.)
